At Fuller Homes, Home Builders Amarillo TX we add value and enhance the quality of life to those around us through exceptional craftsmanship and service. How do we do this? I’m glad you asked. We do this on a daily basis by raising the bar in the work environment, and mentoring not only our staff, but teaching them to do the same. We believe that when we train and equip others they are able to pour into those around them, and do the same. This makes the work environment not just a place where people go for an everyday 9-5 work day, but a place where people can gain insight into how to be the most skilled and prepared people for the jobs they are working on. This allows for the absolute best service in town and why we show up day after day to the best place in town to not only work, but grow in all areas of our lives. 

Who are we? Fuller Homes, Home Builders Amarillo TX is a family owned and operated business right here in the Texas Panhandle. Jon Fuller, President of Fuller Homes, Home Builders Amarillo TX, started out going to school for business. He met his wife Kasey in college (A Texas girl), and they soon bought their first business- A Health Food Store. While they were running their shop they would do flip houses on the side, and do all the work themselves. During this time they began their family, and continued to learn more about real estate, business, and how to renovate some of the roughest houses around, and make them into someone’s dream home. This really struck up a lifelong love of home renovating for the two of them. By this time they had three beautiful children Kenah, Tanton, and Kalora. In 2008, they decided to take their little family, and move back to Texas, where Kasey is from, to be nearer to family since her mom was very sick and needed her there as well. While they always had businesses of some sort they would always find some way to be doing houses on the side. 

When Fuller Homes, Home Builders Amarillo TX was started by Jon in 2010, it was a small company where just he and another partner did everything from showing up to job sites, and all the hands-on work they needed as well. Jon grew up around construction, and did many jobs growing up and working for his Dad in Scottsdale, Az.  As a youth he was able to learn valuable skills that later proved to be necessary to be the skilled General Contractor he is today. 

Throughout the years, it has become the company it is today. Although Kasey has always helped where she could throughout the years such as book work, and design it was only after their three children were older that she came on to become a bigger part of the company. Their children are now grown, a few are married, and their Daughter Kalora along with their son in love Anastacio even help in different areas of the company. Alongside Jon, Kasey has built the design side of Fuller Homes, Home Builders Amarillo TX. This is where she meets with clients, and helps them to get exactly what they are hoping and dreaming for. She also does all the design for the flip homes, and custom home design as well. 

Together, Jon and Kasey are able to create a company that exudes a higher standard, because they feel it is so important that they add value to their team, their clients and by doing this it enhances the lives of everyone and everything around them. Their high standard of exceptional service is key to allowing our clients to know who we are, and what we are about. This helps us to set the bar for craftsmanship that goes above and beyond not only our competitors, but even our clients expectations as well. 

We strive to help our company grow by reducing employee turnover, because we know the importance of having a great team and setting the bar high to allow them to grow in their skills, talents, and at the same time support them and come alongside them to prioritize family as well. Family is at the heart of everything they do. When there are strong families there is a strong community where people can raise them in a place they can not only be proud of, but it can add generational blessings for many years to come. This is truly what they are truly about as a company. They want to bless and be a blessing. Having raised a family of their own they understand the challenges facing families today, and know it takes intentionality and the ability to partner with the right type of people which is why they value their employees time and want to help them to grow in every area of their life to be a success. It starts with showing up everyday and being willing to put in the hard work necessary to make that happen.  

Jon and Kasey believe that in order to succeed in life you have to be willing to know what you want, and show up to make it happen. With that in mind, they train and equip their team to learn how to grow in these life skills and enhance the lives of those around them to the same. That’s why their company motto has never waivered.
