As we go through the five easy steps, we typically help the client to understand what is entailed in each step how long each step will take if there are any earnest money funds that are going to be required in that step and what to look forward to during that step.

After we go over the five easy steps, we always try to get any of our customers in touch with our preferred lenders so that you can find out all of the details to your financing questions ahead of time as a Home builder Amarillo TX we know that many of the decisions that are made are significant financial decisions. Then we provide the customer with a line item price out of all of the fit and finishes that they selected so that they can see what their bottom line number is And then we help them to get in touch with our preferred lender to go over what that total cost would come to in a monthly payment, including the principal interest insurance and property taxes.
